RELIEF GOODS. Victims of typhoons Pedring and Quiel in Barangay San Jose, Apalit, Pampanga on October 4 receive their share of relief goods donated by Pampanga governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda. Joining her is Pampanga 1st District Representative Carmelo “Tarzan” Lazatin who himself donated 600 kilos of used clothes to his cabalens in the said town.
