WHEELCHAIR DISTRIBUTION. Physically challenged child Paolo Vito Cruz from Barangay Malabanias, Angeles City on October 26 received his brand new wheelchair from Pampanga 1st District Representative Carmelo “Tarzan” Lazatin. There were 20 recipients during the distribution held at Angeles City Council Session Hall in Pulung Maragul, Angeles City. Wheelchairs were donated by the Kapampangan Development Foundation, Inc. to Lazatin. This was the second time that the solon has distributed wheelchairs.
