MASTER PARALLEL DEVELOPMENT PLAN. First District Representative Carmelo “Tarzan” Lazatin on January 12 held a meeting with Mayors Edgardo Pamintuan of Angeles City, Marino Morales of Mabalacat and Romulo Pecson of Magalang for the preparation of Master Parallel Development Plan of his district, which is being done as preparation for the full development of Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC).
